IMSANZ Trainee Day
Join thought leaders, educators, and innovators at IMSANZ Trainee Day - where minds meet and ideas flourish. This in-person networking event is held twice per year in conjunction with the Annual meeting in both Australia and New Zealand. The Trainee Day registrations are taken via the website at the time of registration and usually consists of a half day or full day of workshops.
Creatively designed for Trainees who would like to further develop their skills and knowledge, your attendance is an excellent opportunity to break the 'virtual conference' format. To conclude, a “Meet the Advanced Training Committee (ATC)” session is held, as an opportunity for trainees to pose questions and concerns regarding your training. If you wish to get involved to suggest a topic for the event, feel free to contact the AT Representative on the IMSANZ Council via the IMSANZ office.
Social drinks may be held afterwards at a local hotspot. Details to be confirmed closer to the event.

The sessions focus is on building wider professional skills, including
teaching on the ward round, building the career you want, tackling the
research project, interview tips and an Senior Medical Officers path to becoming an SMO.
